Can I buy or lease the apartment if I am less than 55 years of age?
Yes, you can purchase the apartment if you are less than 55 years of age. However, for residing, at least one of the residents (you or your spouse) has to be above the age of 55 years.
Can my son or daughter buy the apartment for me?
Yes. Children or even any benefactor may buy an apartment for a senior who is 55 years of age or above. This makes Ashiana Amodh ideal for NRI families and adult children planning for their parents.
Can I rent or sell my apartment later?
Owners are free to sell or rent their apartment at their convenience. The residing-age rule (55+ for at least one occupant) will continue to apply. Ashiana Resale & Rental Services can also assist for a fee.
Can my children and grandchildren stay with me?
Yes, your children and grandchildren are welcome and can stay with you for a short duration. An unmarried or widowed daughter may stay with you on a permanent basis. Friends and relatives are also welcome for short visits.
How is management and maintenance handled?
